Badly messed up—either having made a serious mistake, being in a ruined/dysfunctional state, emotionally troubled, or very intoxicated.

"I screwed up the budget presentation and left out the revenue numbers."

"My laptop is totally screwed up—it keeps overheating and crashing."

"We got so screwed up at the party last night that we forgot where we parked."
